Can tourists visit the European Union Head Quarters?

I am doing a school project, this would be useful…

Yes you definately can. We took our children out of school and spent 2 months in Belgium. We stayed at the Renaissance Hotel which was literally a block from the EU head quarters. It was fabulous. One of our “school” outings was to go to the EU building and see what went on. It so happened that President Bush was there at the same time. I got to see him from a distance. (because of all of the guards) We also saw members of parliment and met a few of them. It was very educational for all of us.
