What’s wrong with my throat?

Hi I’m very worried and condensers about my throat it has been sore for about four days and instead of getting better it has gotten progresivrly worse especially today infect right now it’s really bad and if I swallow it is awful!? I have token loads of medicin and it seems that is not working it dosnt feel right either it dosnt seem like a normal as usually a sore throat is dry and at the back of a throat but this time it seems like it’s a very sharp pain at the far top corner of my throat its awful and no I don’t have White spots… Last week there was a boy I’n my science class who was off for a long tune and he came I’n and he had a very bad throat and his voice was really bad I’m convinced that he gave it to me but he’s cured now so hopefully I will get cured too.. But seriously what is this I’m scarce that its tonsillitis as I don’t want to go through an operation and I’m only 15..

oh wow ive had this pain before try gargeling warm water with salt and drink some hot tea with honey and suck cough drops and put muscle rub or a warm wash cloth on your throat it may just be sore from coughing if you have been doing that.
