Street Railway

can someone from vizag tell me the name of the street directly opposite the waltair railway station?

i would like to know the name of the street/town/area where the school -convent-church directly opposite from the waltair railway station is in vizag – it has been over 50 years since i was last there – i remember the street goes to the naval base on one side and to the mountain temple on the other side

I was in Visakhapatnam for 8 years. I think you are talking about Convent Junction also called Chayulmedu.
Vizag has changed in the past few years you’ll not recognise it now. The church/convent you mentioned are St. Joseph’s. Now there is a massive fly over soon after this junction leading to Naval Base. Naval Base is where I stayed. That too has extended to Dolphin Hill and beyond.
