I have a Highland Mint Titanic Commemorative Coin, what is it’s value?
I had purchased a coin awhile back and was wondering it’s value. It is a Titanic commemorative coin, or perhaps silver bar. The front of the coin has the ship on the front, at the top saying, “Titanic” and the bottom saying “Ship of Dreams.” The back of the coin says “Maiden voyage April 10,1912 Sunk April 15th 1912. One troy ounce .999 Fine Silver.” Can you please tell me what I have here, or perhaps it’s retail value? Much appreciated, thank you.
It is worth the value of the silver in it. At today’s price that would be about $30.00. You actually should get somewhat more for it since it is halmarked–maybe $32 to $34.
