Dreamed that I talked him out of shooting me.?

I had a dream last night that me and my older than me nephew got in an argument and he pulled a gun on me. Weird part about it is not only did I talk him out of shooting me with the old rusty, skinny silver gun he handed it to me. And I put it down, though not immediately. What does this mean?

What are the characteristics of your nephew? IS HE VIOLENT? is he going through some things right now? Is he having problems with anger? Is he unstable in life? Does he say weird things? Do you guys have a good relationship? Did you guys recently get into a fight? all this is factors on why you had that dream so… if he is Violent or going through things or is having a problem in life you fear his stability and sanity and feel like you need to help him make it right… if you guys got in an argument you are afraid that he might not forgive you and you might be band from his life not being allowed to go back………… You didnt put the gun down immediately out of relief you were happy that he didnt make that decision
