Is it true that persons from Syria who join Red Cross and go help ppl in Gaza cant return home?
I was told this as I have a friend who did this (joined Red Cross to help the people in Gaza) and apparently cant go back to Syria because he did not get the permission of the government to do so. Could this be true or false? Please help me out here.
He did not get the permission of the Syrian government to go to Gaza
I don’t know…but Syria’s record on human rights and freedom of travel make me think it could be true.
