Is There anyone out there who works for the Rainforest Cafe’?
Is There anyone out there who works for the Rainforest Cafe’ who will please give me the Hot Chocolate recipe? I had a cup and it was the best Hot Chocolate ever!!!! It was made by a waitress named Tracy who worked in the Rainforest Cafe in Disney World. Thanks!!!
This was given to me from a friend- a pre-mixed version of this is in the Rainforest Cafe:
–Hot Chocolate Recipes
Ingredients:
2 ounces (squares) baking chocolate
1 cup water
3 tablespoons sugar
Dash salt
3 cups milk
Directions:
Cook chocolate and water over low heat until chocolate is melted. Add sugar and salt; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly and heat over boiling water. Beat until frothy before serving.
**Place a long stick of cinnamon into the hot chocolate and top with whipped cream.
