Another huge event being predicted is the end of the world. This prediction comes from the Mayan calendar and how many scientist seem to think because the calendar ends, so do the world. However, there are scientists on both sides of this matter. If you want more information on the end of the world or not, the internet is full of information.

NASA has a lunar prediction, that there might be a polar shift in 2012. Back in 2001, there was a polar shift and the scientists who work for NASA believe the next one will happen sometime in 2012.
