Olympic Games Get BMW Cars

BMW have recently been put into the limelight as they will be partnered with the Olympics in 2012 as they are set to supply cars.

In fact BMW are going to be sending over 4,000 BMW Cars over to the Olympic and it would seem that the deciding factor on BMW is because they are really trying hard to cut down on all those CO2 emissions. However surely sending 4,000 cars over to the UK to use for just two weeks to only have to send them back again is actually going to use up a lot of fuel.

There must be better ways to get these people where they have to be for the events?

Runners

This one is easy, jog it in people. If you ran to the stadium I would need to have to pay for the waste off money training facility. These people are meant to be at the top of their game right?

Rowers

This one is not a difficult one at all, put the boat into the Thames and row to the stadium. The thing is, you do it every single day of your life, one extra time isnt going to hurt you!

Cyclists

Is it really that difficult to get on your bike for 10 minutes and ride to the stadium. How hard is it, thousands of people do it everyday.

Of course if you do not take part in any of these events, WALK IN? Surely we are going to be spending more C02 by bringing these cars into the area. These people are hardly famous, why are they getting so much!

So the next time you are after a used cars you could wait for the 4,000 that are going to be left at the end of the games. If perhaps you are incredibly lucky you could get into one of the cars from the BMW 1 series.
