World War 1 !?!?! Personal Items that a soldier would take to the trenches?
Okay so I’m doing a history project I have written a diary and want to put it in a box with some personal items and trinkets from WW1 I have, WW1 medals, money, matches, a bandage, fob-watch, candle, dice, card, but I need more stuff, perhaps things that could remind him of home?
Any ideas would be appreciated 
a bible, a picture of his kids, wife, parents, ect. ,a pocket watch, a wedding ring, a lock of hair from his wife or child.i dont know a lot but this could get you started.
btw im fine,i know i havent gotten on in a while but thats because i got hit by a car and broke one of my legs and a wrist, and also sprained my neck-so iwas in the hostpital for a month. hope your doing well too. good luck with the box!
