Sacramento Valley, the northern portion, serves as the Sacramento River watershed and San Joaquin Valley functions as the watershed of San Joaquin River.

California has a wide variety of transportation channels. The state brags the Golden Gate Bridge which is a very famous landmark completed in 1937. This bridge provides tourists with an excellent view of the Bay Area.
