What are some good good ideas for a parent teacher family fun night?

i am on the PTA at my sons school (he is in headstart) we have a family fun night every month january’s theme is ” budgeting” i was wondering what could some things to do to keep the parents entertained and happy

I would say play “ARE YOU SMARTER THAN A 5TH GRADER?” (or whatever grade the kid is in) with the teachers. That would be a lot of fun.
