I cant go to the college everyday with this much time being taken.Any express trains.Suggest an easier way via public transport.
P.S. my postcode would be L8G 4Z1. Please help out!!!
Living that far away, you are not going to get there quickly on public transit. Both your start and end points are far from city centres (Stoney Creek has particularly poor transit service, and while service in Scarborough is somewhat better, it still takes a lot of time to get around). It will take you at least 2 hours just to get to downtown Toronto, and another hour or so to get to campus.
Walk to Highway 8 and Fruitland Rd, then take HSR bus route 55 Stoney Creek Central west to Eastgate Square, which (during rush hours) becomes route 10 B-Line express (so you don’t have get off the bus). Take this bus to King/Hughson in downtown Hamilton. Walk south to the Hamilton GO Centre and take the GO train to Union Station (there are four of them leaving Hamilton in morning rush hour). Go downstairs and follow signs to the TTC subway. Take the Yonge line north to Bloor or the University line north to St George (whichever train comes first). Take the Bloor-Danforth line east to Kennedy, then the RT to Scarborough Centre. Take TTC route 134C to Centennial College Progress campus.
This trip will take just over 3 hours if all the connections work out right. A monthly pass on GO for the Toronto-Hamilton trip would cost $314 (+$15 for a sticker for transit in Hamilton). TTC fare would be $121 per month. Total fare is $450. You would be better off renting a room in Scarborough!
