What are these blisters on my scalp?
I’ve been getting them on and off for 12 years. They’re always at the top of my head around the crown and are soft fluid filled blisters that are pencil eraser sized up to maybe nickel sized, but they’re not exactly round, so I’m pretty sure it’s not ring worm. Some are quite elongated in fact.
I’ve seen a couple of doctors but they have admitted that they don’t know exactly what it is. It causes the hair to fall out where they form. I’ve tried various shampoos which didn’t work and unfortunately don’t remember what the doctors gave me (also didn’t work). I pretty much gave up on it for a long time partly because they had gone away seemingly on their own. Now another one has formed so I’m taking a new interest in this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Lol, if the doctors don’t know what it is I certainly don’t. I’d advise you to see a dermatologist, they are experts at this kind of thing.
