The city is about 15-20 mins away from me. Will i get the package today or tomorrow? It was in transit yesterday at 11:32 pm in the neighboring city and now it’s 1:19 pm

Probably means it was loaded onto the delivery truck and the driver is doing deliveries in that town before running his deliveries in your town. The distribution center is probably in your neighbor town.
