why does it need to be black
any barber shop should be able to handle any hair by law for basic cuts (not necessarily for specialized services)
but if it is a service covered by the barbers professional certificate, he must be able to do it
if you want to support minority owned businesses..that is great…but if you can’t find one….you have to go to a non minority owned one
