City Hall

can i enter an abandoned building if i get permission from city hall?
i’m talking about an old hospital i wanna photograph. no one can go inside because of safety hazards, asbestos, etc..but would it be possible to get permission from city hall to go inside without the cops getting on your case?
No. Only the owner of the building can give you permission to enter. Why would you want to enter an unsafe building anyway? Do you know just a short term exposure to asbestos (like one evening) can give you lung cancer?
I can’t imagine anyone giving you permission because of the lawsuit risk.

Dumbo (Two-Disc 70th Anniversary Edition Blu-ray / DVD Combo Pack in Blu-ray Packaging) $17.98 A Disney “classic” that actually is a classic, Dumbo should be part of your video collection whether or not you have children. The storytelling was never as lean as in Dumbo, the songs rarely as haunting (or just plain weird), the characters rarely so well defined. The film pits the “cold, cruel, heartless” world that can’t accept abnormality against a plucky, and mute, hero. Jumbo Jr. (Dumbo is a… |

The Dark Knight (+ BD Live) [Blu-ray] $11.87 The Dark Knight arrives with tremendous hype (best superhero movie ever? posthumous Oscar for Heath Ledger?), and incredibly, it lives up to all of it. But calling it the best superhero movie ever seems like faint praise, since part of what makes the movie great–in addition to pitch-perfect casting, outstanding writing, and a compelling vision–is that it bypasses the normal fantasy element of th… |
