of course you can’t find a translation anywhere online. what you gave is written in pinyin (sort of like chinese transliteration -not translation – to english), and honestly it’s near impossible to figure out what words they really are because there’s no tone indication. even online chinese-english dictionaries usually work with actual chinese characters. the chinese lyrics flashed in that video are kinda small and hard to read (esp since it’s in the traditional chinese characters, not the simplified characters). in chinese, we have 4 different tones for every word spelled in pinyin, and many more different words which share the same pronunciations. i can only guess on some of the words using common sense and the words more commonly used. it’s hardly enough to work on. it’s easier if you could just post the chinese characters themselves – at least we’ll know what the words are. the only thing i can sort of figure out right now is that it’s some sort of romance song – possibly about lost love or recalling something. the last 3 lines mean “unknown fury; I can’t complain; I can only suffer quietly”. If I can find an actual chinese lyrics version of that song, I’ll translate it.
