Is it reasonable for a merchant in China to charge $200 US to ship an item that weighs about 2lbs to the US?

I am purchasing a bronze statue from an ebayer in China. After I bid, I realized they are charging $200 to ship it. I am trying to see if that is a reasonable price for the item to get from there to Cincinnati, OH, USA.

It sounds high. Contact Fedex and ask them for a quote to get an idea.
