California Elongated
can my employer tell me that i can’t take vacation time after my maternity leave?
My new manager tells me that it is our company policy that I cannot take any of my vacation hours directly after my maternity leave in order to elongate my time with the baby. Is this legal?
I live in California.
just found out it IS illegal! It’s considered discrimination because I’ve had a baby. CA labor codes 12945.2 Division E and CA reg. code 7297.5 Complaint has been filed thanks y’all
