Bulgaria Communist
history interview project?

have to do 50 sec oral presentation interview with the guy who created the warsaw pact??
the teacher says i might need to add one more question to it
i need suggestions on the question
my script:
What motivated you to create the Warsaw Pact?

The creation of NATO in 1949 influenced me and gave me an idea to form a communist pact to counterbalance the NATO organization.

Why do you think the creation of the Warsaw Pact is important?

The creation of the Warsaw Pact is important for uniting all the communist nations in eastern Europe to stand as one if another war breaks out.

What countries are involved in the Warsaw Pact?

The countries that are going to be included are the USSR, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Hungary, Albania, and Czechoslovakia

Pacts are agreements by two or more countries. You may think of this as insurance. The motive is a fear of being attacked and not being able
to defend yourself.”an attack on one is an attack on all”;also”united we
stand… devided we fall”.
Good luck’

Many notorious “dissidents” were stooges of the secret police. People disappeared from shop queues and church doorsteps or were spirited away in the early hours of the morning from their homes. Some never returned…
