how much is a 1989 W Congress Bicentennial Commemorative Gold Five Dollar coin worth?

I collect coins so when my papa passed away inherited his whole coin collection and i found this coin. so i looked it up, but the book was for the year 2005,and i know its worth more now. THE COIN IS ALSO PROOF, IT’S NEVER BEEN TAKEN OUT OF THE CASE THAT IT CAME WITH WHEN HE BOUGHT IT!
