why is it that sometimes when i watch the Munsters on Tvland there are some glitches throughout the whole show
but if i watch any other show on Tvland like Star Trek, the andy griffith show, I love Lucy, Leave it to Beaver or any of the shows there arent any glitches at all. and its not every single episode either of the Munsters just certain ones. I saw the Hermans Happy Valley episode and it was full of glitches and I think i saw it again like a month or 2 later and the same thing! are these episodes some how recorded or something with these glitches? can they be taken out? why doesnt Tvland take them out? well than 4 the info! 
They are caused by the degredation of the original storage media. There is no way to remove them.
The shows are now stored digitally, but sadly, the glitches are still there
