Question For an Esthetician 10 points?
1. What is a good anti- aging eye cream to use?
2. Is it bad to use dove bar soap to wash off eye make-up, too harsh for eye area?
3. What is your token skin care advice? ie: wear sunscreen

1. A great anti-aging eye cream is Olay Professional Pro X cream. (available where Olay products are sold… drugstores)
2. I wouldn’t recommend bar soap, for the body it is fine but the general eye area is much more sensitive and the skin around the eye is fragile. It sounds crazy but olive oil is an amazing all natural alternative for makeup remover. It hydrates as it removes product.
3. My skin care advice is simple.
drink plenty of pure water AT LEAST 8 glasses per day.
eat healthy foods. Cut out processed and packaged foods. Foods that come from the earth are the best bet, Try and get a variety of fruits and veggies, whole grains, lean proteins etc. and yes sweets are fine in moderation. Chocolate doesn’t cause acne. Vitamin e is great for the skin.
Wear sunscreen (everyday) and avoid prolonged exposure to the suns damaging rays.
Find a skin routine and stick to it. Find a cleanser, a toner and a moisturizer that is made for your skin type.
