Do i have to declare how much i am earning once i go back into work, how does that work, or can i still pay the £1.00 token payment, dont think i,ll be able to will i? If not how will it work, can i get round this or will i have to pay them a lot more than £1.00 per month, it is 2 credit cards, 1 loan from the bank & 1 catalogue. if you could help me more, would be very much appreciated xx

No, you don’t have to inform them when you have more income coming in. You can keep paying the good faith payment until you can afford to pay more. My only advice is to pay them more as soon as you can afford to because the higher the balance the higher the finance charges are going to be. I know the credit card companies and the catalogue company aren’t going to waste their time and money to come after you as long as you make a good faith payment. The bank might start calling you to see if you can send more but just tell them not yet because I have other responsibilities but I will send you money as soon as I can and they should be okay with that for about 6months and then they will start calling to see if you can send more money again.
